Our Mission

The mission of East African Extractive Partners (EAEP) is to provide expert consultation, strategic insights, and comprehensive support to stakeholders in the minerals, quarry, oil, and gas sectors.

Our Responsibilities

1) To offer guidance on developing policies, strategic plans, and best practices for managing mineral, quarry, oil, and gas resources;

2) To assist clients in ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards governing the mining, oil, and gas industries in East Africa;

3) To provide expert advice to organizations on matters related to mineral, quarry, oil, and gas resources;

4) To conduct and support research in geology, mining, oil, and gas, and share findings with clients and stakeholders;

5) To guide exploration projects for mineral and quarry resources;

6) To offer expertise in oil and gas exploration projects;

7) To assist with licensing processes for exploration, exploitation, transformation, and trading of mineral and quarry products;

8) To provide guidance for licensing and development in oil and gas exploration and production;

9) To monitor and provide insights into operations related to exploration, exploitation, value addition, and trading of mineral and quarry products.

10) To provide insights and guidance on operations related to the exploration and production of oil and gas products;

11) To analyze and study market trends of minerals, quarries, oil, and gas resources to inform client strategies;

12) To assess geohazards and related geological matters and provide advisory services to stakeholders;

13) To collaborate with regional and international institutions to share expertise and enhance operational outcomes.
